Hey all, Bryce here. I am deliberately delaying shipping by 2 more months. Here's why.

Here's the TLDR if you don't want to watch the video:

There was a major issue in printing the cases (the hard book cases under the jacket) that resulted in sub-par printing despite using our favorite material (IMPRIMEX). Our printer caught this issue, but do not have enough IMPRIMEX on hand to reprint them, and the factory that produces IMPRIMEX cannot get more to them for 8 weeks. The printer did their job and did offer a different solution (using a material called PRINTEX), but I personally decided the print quality on PRINTEX wasn't up to par for a $50+ books, especially when some of you paid $100+ for both. So we are waiting the 8+ weeks to get IMPRIMEX in stock again.

I'm sorry. I know this is frustrating. I'm frustrated right along with you. But I will always pick slow and steady if it means getting you a better product.

Hey yall! Bryce here with a quick one.

I've instructed the team to stop updating the campaign until we KNOW books have shipped. I know that's going to be an unpopular decision for some of you, but I have two reasons:

First, we have finally been given documented ETSs (estimated times of shipping), and it is supposed to be in the next week, finishing within the next two. So hopefully this move is only precautionary.

Second, we're all very tired of feeling like we're constantly jerking you around.

We've had shipping shoved back on us something like 4 or 5 times at this point (I've lost count) for this and other projects, and since we've updated you guys each time with "IT'S HAPPENING!", we've felt like this has resulted in us jerking you around. For that reason, while we'll stay in touch, we'll no longer be jumping on every promise of shipping and are going to wait until it happens to further update you...which again, I'm crossing my fingers IS actually in the next 1-2 weeks this time.

I know some of you are frustrated. I apologize for that. I am, too. But we're hopefully at the end of the tunnel with all this, and I promise you the prize is worth it.

One (Hopefully?!) Final Update to Shipping Dates...

Hey there, everyone!

As the title suggests, our printer reached out to let us know that, unfortunately, the books are going to be shipping out a little bit later than we last anticipated. Rather than shipping this week, they are now expected to ship next Friday, June 27th! As before, once we get confirmation that the books have officially left the printer, we'll let y'all know!

Obviously, we do not want to bring any of you less-than-desirable news, but since we aim to be transparent, we wanted to let you know as soon as we knew. 

As always, THANK YOU ALL for your continued support and understanding. We are anxiously awaiting right alongside you... 

Updated Shipping Dates!

Hey everyone!

We just heard yesterday from CPi that they've shifted the anticipated shipping date to June 16th and we wanted to let you folks know ASAP! We requested more information and they informed us that the delay is due to the complexity of the split bind between all versions of the books (paperbacks, hardbacks, edged hardbacks with different covers).

In striving to be as transparent as possible with backers on our campaigns, that means delivering all news, even if it's not ideal. We've been tossed many curveballs on this campaign, and we want to thank you all for sticking with us and for your continued support!

Printing and Shipping Update!

Hi there folks!

We wanted to check in real quick to let y'all know the latest from our printer! We've been told that they'll have wrapped up printing mid-May and they'll be shipped out around the 19th! Once we hear the books have officially shipped to their respective locations, we'll let folks know to confirm their addresses and we can get started on the next phases of fulfillment!
